All custom orders must be handled manually by the amazing team behind Bold Print Co. This ensures that you’re happy with how the design looks before the order is printed and sent to you.
To place a custom order:
- Choose from any of our customisable products, which will have ‘CUSTOM’ in the product name. You can find all the customisable products at the bottom of this webpage, or by searching for ‘custom’ in the search bar in the header of the website. Select the desired product options, including the colour and size, then add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Fill out this google form to upload images of your custom design. Please note these images must comply with the print file requirements (below), and if you would like the design to have a transparent background, you will need to upload the design with the transparent background already part of the file.
- Our team will create some mockup images of the desired product with your design on it and send the images back to you via email. At this point, you can respond with some slight changes (positioning and sizing: if you’d like the design higher up or a bit smaller). Once we arrive at a mockup design you are happy with, please respond to the email to confirm, and it will be sent to production as soon as possible.
