How do I search for products online?
Products can be found using keywords in the ‘Search bar’ section, which is at the top right of your screen.
What can I buy online?
Check out all of the items available for you to buy online at boldprintco.com.
How do I know what size I’ll be?
The measurements may vary from product to product. You can check out the measurements shown on the size chart linked in a product’s description. This will give you a guide to the size of the product.
How do I make changes to items in ‘My Cart’?
You can remove items or change quantities during the ‘checkout’ process. Or you can click on the basket icon at the top right of your screen at any time.
Why was an item removed from ‘My Cart’?
If an item has become unavailable or we’ve found an issue with the product, it will be removed from your shopping basket. To find out more, please email us at support@boldprintco.com. Click here to contact us now.
How do I place an order?
1. ‘Sign In’ to your account if you have one
2. Add the items that you want to buy to the basket
3. Once you’ve placed all of the items that you want to buy in your basket, head to the ‘Checkout’
4. You can use the guest checkout if you don’t have an account
5. You’ll then be able to finalise your order by entering your payment and delivery details.
What if I don’t receive my order or shipping confirmation?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your junk email folder as you may have some filters redirecting certain emails not contained in your address book. Am I able to add or delete items from my order once I have completed the order?
Once an online order has been placed, we’re unable to add or change items in the order. If you’d like additional items, you’ll need to place a new order. If you want to change an item (including the size), you’ll need to return it after it has been shipped to you, then place an order for the preferred item. What currency is used on this site?
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What should I do if my credit card has been declined?
If your credit card has been declined, it’s best to talk to your bank.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details?
Yes, your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it almost impossible for this information to be intercepted. You can identify this by looking at the URL: the ‘s’ in ‘https’ indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop up message that you are about to enter or leave a secure area. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders are in Australian Dollars. We currently accept PayPal and Stripe payments. Any coupon codes you have for this site are able to be used at the checkout, and there is not limit to how many coupons can be used per order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, guest checkout is available for most items, however, having a Bold Print Co. account will help you shop faster, and manage and track your orders easily.
How do I create an account?
1. Click ‘Sign In’
2. Click ‘Create Account’ and follow the prompts shown on the screen.
How do I update my account information?
1. ‘Sign In’ to your account
2. Click ‘My Account’
3. Click ‘Change Details’, which are found under ‘My Personal Details’
4. Make sure to hit ‘Save Changes’ after you have updated your details.
How do I view my account order history?
1. ‘Sign In’ to your account
2. Click ‘My Account’
3. Click ‘My Orders’, which are found under ‘My Order Details’.
What can I do if I forget my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the ‘Sign In’ page and then ‘Forgot your Password’. You’ll then be able to enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to create a new one.
How old do you have to be to create an online Bold Print Co. account?
You don’t have to be a specific age to create an online Bold Print Co. account, however a valid credit card or PayPal account will be required to buy goods online.
